My favorite hair salon in Boulder, CO is owned by Jill Nicolosi-Maier. Jill loves it when you sit in her chair and say "make me funky-cool!" She has done hair for rock stars and she makes you feel like a rock star when you leave. In fact, you will want to go to a local boutique and glam it up.
