Where to go to lunch after a day of shopping on Old South Pearl? I tried the Crushery. They serve Bagels, Panini, Salads, and Gourmet Treats (says their menu). I built my own panini with mozzarella, tomato, and basil pesto sauce. It was delicious but man when those tomatoes burst open they were HOT!
My daughter loves bagels. These were the most unique bagels I have ever had (yes I tried a bite!). They were fluffy and crunchy. In Grace's words the bagels were "fresh out of the oven, crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle." Neither of us are doing this bagel justice. It was amazing.
This is one of those funky-cool places that has local art for sale on the walls.
